Return Policy

 

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned to us within 7 days of your order delivery date. Identity Her does not offer refunds, however, we do offer store credit you can use for any future purchases. Please email shop@identityher.com to start the return process. 

Returned items must be in original condition. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, accessories or clearance items. 

 

The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels. 

RETURN PROCESS 

Once we receive your return request email, it will be under review. After your return is approved we will send you a follow up email with instructions on sending your return to us. 

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect the merchandise for defects/signs of wear. If we detect the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. 

Please ensure you read all policies thoroughly to make sure you make an informed purchase. Thank you for your interest in shopping with us.

 

  • Accessories are final sale 
  • Bodysuits are final sale 
  • All orders placed under promotion or with use of discounts codes are final sale

We do not honor refunds. You may exchange an eligible order for store credit only.  

  • All returns are processed for store credit of the purchase price of the item or items exclusive of original shipping charges.
  • All shipping fees are excluded from the merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

 

Please remember the following regarding our return process: 

  • Please email shop@identityher.com for return approval. Please make sure to include your order number in your initial email to us.
  • Merchandise must be unworn. 
  • Accessories and bodysuits are non returnable. These items are final sale. 
  • All sale, clearance and promotional items are final sale. 

Store Credit: 

  • Store credit can only be used online at www.identityher.com
  • Store credit is non-transferrable
  • Maintaining tracking of the status of your return is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store credit does not expire
  • Store credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account you may access your store credit by using the same email at checkout as on your original order. 

Damages: 

  • In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item, you must send an email to shop@identityher.com within 3 days of the receipt of the item to ensure we can resolve the issue right away.
  • You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be honored. 

Identity Her business hours: 

The online warehouse is not open during the weekends. Please expect a response to your email between 24-72 hours (not including weekends).
